Your success will come from offering interactive demonstrations, conducting assessments, facilitating technology delivery, and resolving issues - ensuring clients remain connected to what matters most to them.
Our Territory Sales Consultants earn between $38,800 - $58,200 annually, plus up to $20,000 in commissions when sales targets are achieved. Individual starting salaries within this range may vary based on location, expertise, and education/training.How You Will Achieve Success:
We will initiate your journey with paid training - equipping you for success in independent fieldwork. Continuous coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities will keep you on track and technologically adept.
Generate leads - you will be prepared to take cold calls all the way to closing the sale while managing and meeting sales targets.
Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills - you know how to pivot smoothly and are highly driven to excel and finalize the sale. Key expectations for success include: some prior sales experience, preferably in a target-driven environment. Maintain a valid driver's license - a significant perk of this role is the company vehicle provided, so be ready to drive.
Work a flexible schedule designed to meet clients on their terms - this may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays.Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize required personal protective equipment.
