Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and guide mental health professionals providing direct care to incarcerated individuals.
  • Coordinate development and revision of policies and procedures for mental health services.
  • Supervise the planning, development, and implementation of treatment programs.
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff and monitor the delivery of mental health services.
  • Ensure treatment programs are integrated and staffed appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support to psychiatric staff and assist in recruitment and selection of clinical staff.
Requirements:
  • Licensed, Masters Level Behavioral Health Clinician with experience in mental health treatment.
  • Independently licensed: LICSW or LMHC.
