Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and guide mental health professionals providing direct care to incarcerated individuals.
- Coordinate development and revision of policies and procedures for mental health services.
- Supervise the planning, development, and implementation of treatment programs.
- Provide clinical supervision to staff and monitor the delivery of mental health services.
- Ensure treatment programs are integrated and staffed appropriately.
- Provide administrative support to psychiatric staff and assist in recruitment and selection of clinical staff.
- Licensed, Masters Level Behavioral Health Clinician with experience in mental health treatment.
- Independently licensed: LICSW or LMHC.
