Job Summary:

CTSI is a leading provider of Environmental, Health & Safety services to privately held companies, institutions, and industries throughout the New York tristate area and nationally. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation and review of project reports, proposal, and bid document creation for ongoing projects.
  • Support project management by submitting governmental filings and insurance certification requests.
  • Serve as an intermediary between office staff, clients, laboratories, sub-contractors, and CTSI's field staff.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as document processing, answering phones, taking memos, and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Assist in scheduling projects, meetings, and conferences, and provide support to Senior Project Executives.
  • Provide support in updating and maintaining records and data.
  • Assist in resolving IT issues that arise within the office.
  • Assist with invoicing, accounts payable, and receivable issues.
Qualifications:
  • HS Diploma and at least 2-4 years of experience or Associate Degree and at least 2 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree in the field of Science.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) required.
  • Basic familiarity in Adobe Acrobat.
  • Knowledge in IT and computers helpful.
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive.
  • High degree of accuracy, organized, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and customer service).
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Punctual and professional.
