Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the division's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide strong leadership to division managers and staff, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare and manage the division's annual budget, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance profitability.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction or paving industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and driving business growth.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to travel as required.
