Job Overview

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated Lube Technician to join our team.

We offer comprehensive training and provide all necessary tools.

As a Lube Technician (entry-level), your primary responsibility will be to conduct essential maintenance services on customer vehicles. This role requires strong collaboration skills and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.

  • Execute oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery evaluations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles.
  • Accurately complete the multi-point inspection form for each vehicle serviced.
  • Engage in product and technical training as directed by management and manufacturers.
  • Ensure that customer vehicles are returned in the same or improved condition.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops sponsored by manufacturers.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge of emerging technologies and practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Automotive technical school certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated excellent attendance in previous work or educational settings.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Apprenticeship experience is a plus.
  • Possess a positive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Must be at least eighteen years old.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
  • Basic tools are necessary for this position.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening (background check) is required.
