Work Schedule and Compensation
- Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM
- Compensation is negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily functions of the automotive service center.
- Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of automotive technicians and support personnel.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, shop policies, and safety regulations in all work performed.
- Plan and delegate tasks to technicians, ensuring timely execution of service requests.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to verify that all repairs and services meet company expectations.
- Manage inventory, including the procurement of parts and supplies as necessary.
- Engage with customers, delivering exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or issues.
- Analyze shop performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team regarding shop operations, objectives, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Candidate Profile
- ASE Certification is Required
- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
