As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in the upkeep of customer vehicles. This position demands strong collaboration skills and the capacity to handle intricate tasks consistently.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, and battery assessments.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks.
- Accurately utilize the multi-point inspection form for each vehicle serviced.
- Engage in product and technical training as directed by management and manufacturers.
- Ensure customer vehicles are returned in the same or improved condition.
- Participate in training programs sponsored by manufacturers.
- Continuously enhance your knowledge of emerging technologies and practices.
- Automotive technical school certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated excellent attendance in previous work or educational settings.
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Experience as an apprentice is a plus.
- Must possess a positive attitude and be a collaborative team member.
- Applicants must be at least eighteen years old.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Basic tools are necessary for this position.
- Successful completion of pre-employment screening is required.
