About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Regional Vice President, Retirement Plan Sales, to join our team at Trinity Pension Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our growth and expansion across the Midwest.
About You
You will be responsible for executing the sales process from prospecting to securing new clients. Your primary focus will be on building long-term relationships with financial partners and qualifying prospects to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- You possess 3-5 years of proven high-value sales experience, particularly in a long sales cycle with complex products or services.
- You have a bachelor's degree or relative experience.
- You must obtain the ASPPA QKA Designation within 4 months of employment.
- You possess strong communication, listening, presentation, and computer/software skills.
- You demonstrate ability to build and maintain client relationships and close deals.
- You have drive and discipline to stay focused with a commitment to excellence.
- You are willing to travel daily within your assigned territory and occasional overnight stays.
- You reside within your assigned territory; we do not offer relocation.
- You have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
