Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our commercial sales team as a Sales Support Specialist.

This role involves overseeing follow-up communication with potential customers, documenting progress on opportunities, and working together with the Regional Sales Manager in the analysis of opportunities and delivery of results.

The successful candidate will be a key player in the sales process, assisting the Regional Sales Manager in the presentation, negotiation and documentation of opportunities and sales to prospective clients and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting new customers and target industries through research and analysis.
  • Conduct customer visits, follow-up calls and monitor sales process from start to closing.
  • Provide broad administrative/organizational sales support within EAM-Mosca.
  • Inform Regional Sales Manager of new business opportunities in the area.
  • Manage customer portfolio and business relationship management within Salesforce CRM.
  • Analyze the packaging requirements of potential and/or current customers.
  • Prepare technical/economic proposals (TCO), conduct sales presentations and follow-up.
  • Represent EAM-Mosca in a highly professional manner on customer visits, as well as at live and virtual meetings and events.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or engineering background preferred.
  • B2B sales experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - MS SharePoint and Teams experience a plus.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with individuals on all levels within an organization.
  • Team oriented, highly adaptable and able to balance priorities and timelines.
  • Highly motivated, with a commitment to professionalism and strong attention to detail.
  • Interested and engaged in learning new skills.
  • Confident and able to make sound decisions.
  • Self-motivated, demonstrates an elevated level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Solid research and analytical abilities.
  • Problem solver, oriented toward providing solutions to our customer base.

About the Opportunity

This position offers a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
