Sales Support Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our commercial sales team as a Sales Support Specialist.
This role involves overseeing follow-up communication with potential customers, documenting progress on opportunities, and working together with the Regional Sales Manager in the analysis of opportunities and delivery of results.
The successful candidate will be a key player in the sales process, assisting the Regional Sales Manager in the presentation, negotiation and documentation of opportunities and sales to prospective clients and key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting new customers and target industries through research and analysis.
- Conduct customer visits, follow-up calls and monitor sales process from start to closing.
- Provide broad administrative/organizational sales support within EAM-Mosca.
- Inform Regional Sales Manager of new business opportunities in the area.
- Manage customer portfolio and business relationship management within Salesforce CRM.
- Analyze the packaging requirements of potential and/or current customers.
- Prepare technical/economic proposals (TCO), conduct sales presentations and follow-up.
- Represent EAM-Mosca in a highly professional manner on customer visits, as well as at live and virtual meetings and events.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and/or engineering background preferred.
- B2B sales experience a plus.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - MS SharePoint and Teams experience a plus.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to interact with individuals on all levels within an organization.
- Team oriented, highly adaptable and able to balance priorities and timelines.
- Highly motivated, with a commitment to professionalism and strong attention to detail.
- Interested and engaged in learning new skills.
- Confident and able to make sound decisions.
- Self-motivated, demonstrates an elevated level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
- Solid research and analytical abilities.
- Problem solver, oriented toward providing solutions to our customer base.
About the Opportunity
This position offers a salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
