Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the processing and management of all warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with OEM guidelines.
  • Process and file all open OEM warranty claims, maintaining current warranty A/R status and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure warranty claims are appealed and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Manage warranty parts returns, ensuring compliance with OEM guidelines and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and reporting, to support the warranty administration function.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless communication and coordination of warranty-related activities.
  • Develop and maintain administrative benchmarks, including invoicing throughput and Procare database management.
  • Prepare schedules and reports for payroll and recordkeeping purposes.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the warranty administration function.
