  • Financial Management: Manage the school's budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial sustainability.
  • Community Engagement: Build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and the broader community to create a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team of educators and staff members.

Requirements:
