Role Summary
As a Quality Assurance Technician, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and enhance the quality of our products and services. You will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with customer expectations and industry regulations while striving for continuous improvement in our operational processes. Your analytical skills will be essential in evaluating test outcomes and identifying trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold quality assurance protocols and methodologies.
- Assess product and process performance against established quality benchmarks.
- Address customer feedback and investigate instances of non-conformance.
- Collaborate with production and other departments to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all quality targets are consistently achieved.
- Conduct sampling and testing of finished goods and raw materials for various characteristics.
- Collect, document, and analyze data effectively.
- Communicate findings and manage data entry tasks.
Qualifications (Training Provided):
- Prior experience in quality assurance, sampling, or a related field is advantageous.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is preferred.
- Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality-related issues.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Understanding of food processing and production methods is beneficial.
- Experience with sampling tools and testing methodologies is a plus.
