Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Specialist to join our team at IEA Management Services. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for implementing, training, and overseeing project controls practices for multiple projects across our operational groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain project controls practices for multiple projects
  • Train and support project management teams in the use of project controls tools
  • Conduct performance analysis and forecasting for projects
  • Prepare project progress billings and compile job cost reports
  • Support project management with project reporting requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field
  • 2-4 years of related experience in project controls or cost scheduling and planning
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional team building skills and ability to collaborate with groups throughout the company
