Job SummaryOur Culinary Training Facilitator will provide expert training to participants in the operational fundamentals of a commercial kitchen. This role requires a strong background in culinary arts and experience in facilitating professional adult training. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring and coaching, with a focus on preparing participants for entry-level culinary industry positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in culinary arts and kitchen operations.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to participants to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed in the culinary industry.
  • Collaborate with program staff to ensure a seamless participant experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in culinary training.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in culinary training or related field.
  • Valid food handler's license.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work evening and weekends as needed.
