Our primary focus encompasses jet engine components, aerospace fastening systems, and titanium structural parts essential for optimal performance and efficiency in critical aerospace and defense applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and modify all necessary orders and adjustments in the operating system.
  • Assess inventory allocations against customer backlogs to determine parts allocation.
  • Analyze weekly customer backlog reports for reconciliation and shipping opportunities.
  • Assist Sales in accessing EDI accounts for specific customers and processing orders as needed.
  • Gather information from customers regarding order discrepancies.
  • Address challenging customer situations and develop solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other Howmet facilities and third-party vendors to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Follow up with various departments to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which necessitates U.S. person status.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Intermediate skills in spreadsheets, databases, and other software applications.
  • Experience in sales or customer-related roles within the aerospace fasteners or related industries.
