Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Invoice Processing: Process vendor invoices and ensure they are coded correctly.
  • Customer Invoice Preparation: Prepare and post customer invoices to maintain accurate records.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, handle discrepancies, and follow up with vendors and customers as needed.
  • Payment Management: Manage payments, ensure timely payment of bills, and oversee collections of customer payments.
  • Expense Report Review: Review and approve expense reports, ensuring they comply with company policies.
  • AP/AR Aging Reports: Generate and analyze AP/AR aging reports to identify outstanding payments or issues that need to be addressed.
  • Month-End Closing Activities: Assist with month-end closing activities, such as preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.

You'll also be expected to collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoicing or payment issues and work with our accounting team to support the company's rapid growth.
