Architectural Sales Specialist

At Volarify, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with current clients and identifying new project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Be the face of our company, ensuring every client interaction is professional and courteous.
- Secure plans and specifications for upcoming projects, ensuring bids are submitted on time and in line with customer needs.
- Lead bid preparation, ensuring accuracy and maximizing the potential for project wins.
- Build strong relationships with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality products.
- Oversee project execution, staying in close contact with clients and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Attend job site meetings, monitor progress, and quickly resolve any issues that arise.
- Participate in inventory counts and sales meetings to report on opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in a construction-related environment.
- Valid US driver's license and willingness to visit project sites as needed.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of commercial doors, hardware products, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with industry-specific software (Comsense is a plus).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
