Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Nevada Corporate Headquarters Inc. As a key member of our client support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for answering customer service inquiries, coordinating appointments for our Corporate Coaches, and maintaining accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact. You will also be expected to possess strong knowledge of our products and services, utilize your time management skills to contact, schedule, and follow up with clients as needed, and maintain a professional demeanor and attitude with an outgoing personality.
Requirements- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 6 months-1 year of related work experience
- Experience using Microsoft products (Outlook, MS Word, Excel)
- Proficient and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent time management skills with ability to contact, schedule and follow-up
- Multi-task and problem solving capabilities
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Ability to work with or without supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Professional demeanor and attitude with an outgoing personality
- Trainable to follow systems and processes
- $31,200 per year salary
- Work hours: 8am-5pm (no nights or weekends)
