Job Title: Senior Program Analyst

KBR's Defense Systems Engineering, Naval Solutions Division is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the Tomahawk Weapons System (TWS) program office. The successful candidate will work collaboratively in a team environment, coordinating with various stakeholders, and managing external relationships effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program/project objectives and analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses and collect, complete, organize, and interpret data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs.
  • Track program/project status and schedules and apply Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.
Requirements:
  • MA/MS degree and PMP Certification.
  • US Citizenship and current Secret Clearance.
  • At least 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Four (4) years of professional experience in a NAVAIR PO.
  • Effective project management skills to develop, plan, analyze, and execute projects across the full system life cycle.
  • Experience and expertise utilizing project management tools to conduct schedule analysis, track and coordinate technical requirements, documentation, and briefing packages, manage and lead cost estimating and budgeting, understand earned value management, and lead risk and opportunity management processes.
