Position Overview

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale seek a dynamic and enthusiastic Club Youth Program Facilitator to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality programs and activities that promote the safety, well-being, and personal growth of Club members.

Job Description
  • Create and implement engaging program plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of Club members.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment that encourages member participation and socialization.
  • Develop strong relationships with members, fostering a sense of belonging and support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless program delivery and optimal member experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in a related field (e.g., education, youth development, or a related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of working with adolescents, preferably in a youth-focused organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new technologies.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
