**Marshall Health Network is seeking a full-time Financial Analyst position with our MHN Finance Department.**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Preparation of various reports compiling and analyzing actual and budgeted financial and statistical information.
  • Bookkeeping and financial reporting for MHN.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations and consolidated reporting.
  • Audit support and financial analysis.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:**
    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is required.
    • Master's Degree in Accounting is preferred.
  • **Experience:**
    • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of position-related experience is required.
    • 5+ years of position-related experience is preferred.

**Position Requirements:**

  • The incumbent must possess a four-year degree in accounting with two years of healthcare accounting experience.
  • It would take approximately a year to become proficient in the job.
  • MBA is preferred.
