Lead Sales Professional

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base and develop new business opportunities
  • Research and identify new business leads and pursue them
  • Supervise and train team members on sales processes and systems
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
  • Provide daily reporting of sales activity and results
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
  • Passion for sales and customer service
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. required
  • Clean background and own transportation required
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement
