Position Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Mechanical Service Technician. This pivotal role at Van Doren Sales is essential for supporting our clientele. Daily responsibilities will involve collaborating with Fruit and Produce Warehouses, emphasizing the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of our manufactured machinery. Success in this position requires a self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow. You will report directly to the Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and automation tasks
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interpret technical manuals and blueprints effectively
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Exhibit a solid mechanical aptitude and understanding of mechanical systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery and conveyance systems
  • Provide solutions and assist with parts and repair kit sales
