LHH is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a medical company in Melville, NY. This permanent, on-site position will be part of a 60-person call center fielding inbound and outbound calls regarding medical appointments. The role will compensate between $20-24/hr, contingent on experience.

Responsibilities:

* Field high-volume calls and inquiries
* Schedule doctor's appointments
* Analyze billing information
* Resolve issues for members and clients

Qualifications:

* Previous Customer Service experience
* Experience handling A/P, invoicing, or billing
* Professional verbal communication skills
* Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
