Thrive is seeking a skilled Wildlife Control Specialist to join our team. As a Wildlife Control Specialist, you will be responsible for sealing properties to prevent the invasion of unwanted pests in both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify wildlife infestations.
  • Safely and humanely capture and remove wildlife.
  • Set traps and implement measures to prevent reentry of wildlife.
  • Educate clients on wildlife prevention and offer recommendations for property maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Experience in roofing or construction is preferable.
  • Familiarity with estimation software and tools is a plus.
