Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop individual intervention plans to serve the needs of each BHW client.
  • Provide support and supervision to behavior technicians, caregivers, and in some cases, the Clinical Supervisor.
  • Attend regular supervisor meetings and conduct clinical case reviews with other supervisors.
  • Lead BHW's application of treatment philosophy in the field.
  • Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a master's degree in psychology, child development, special education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • BCBA-certified or hold qualified licensed healthcare professional status (based on state regulations).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with autistic individuals.
  • Minimum of 2 years developing behavior reduction goals and behavior-analytic skill acquisition plans.
