Job Overview

Position Summary

As a HVAC Service Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing and maintaining various specialized tools and equipment to construct and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for both military and commercial applications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Fabricating, bending, and soldering tube assemblies
  • Interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
  • Adhering to work instructions and material specifications to ensure compliance with design standards
  • Setting up and operating production machinery according to supervisor guidelines
  • Conducting in-process and final inspections to verify product compliance

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC manufacturing or service
  • Experience with copper tube soldering is essential
  • Mechanical aptitude is necessary
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is required
  • Physical capability to lift or move up to 50 lbs regularly is required
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills are necessary
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules is required
  • Electrical knowledge and experience are preferred
