Pest Control Specialist
At Arrow Exterminators, we're seeking a skilled Pest Control Specialist to join our team. As a Sentricon Pest Control Technician, you'll provide top-notch service to our residential and commercial customers by installing, inspecting, and maintaining Sentricon termite bait station systems.
As a key member of our team, you'll enjoy a company vehicle, generous time off, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.
Our ideal candidate is a high school graduate with a valid driver's license, able to pass state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams, and willing to work at least 40 hours per week. No experience necessary - we'll train the right person.

A Day in the Life as a Pest Control Specialist
As a Sentricon Pest Control Technician, you'll start each day excited to service and inspect customer Sentricon termite bait stations, find installed stations with locator devices, and provide a report to the customer. Your calm and helpful demeanor will put our customers at ease as you devise and describe a personalized solution.
Each day is an opportunity to demonstrate your professionalism and drive for excellence. You'll collect service payments from customers and be patient and happy to answer questions. You'll take pride in your work and keep your equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess current Driver's License
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
- No experience necessary - we'll train the right person
