Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Center Specialist to join our team at Community Credit Union of Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, providing expert guidance on our products and services, and ensuring that our members' financial needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to members through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist members with account opening, maintenance, and closure, as well as provide guidance on our products and services.
  • Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, ensuring that our members receive the best possible service.
  • Stay up-to-date on credit union policies, rates, and regulations, ensuring compliance and consistency in all interactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; up to two years of related experience and/or training preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate interest and balance accounts.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and software programs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to members.
