Job Description

As a Program Management Development Associate at ACIST Medical Systems, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating projects that bring new medical devices from concept to market. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management, product development processes, and cross-functional team collaboration within the medical device industry.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and tracking of project milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely completion and alignment with company goals.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations, to facilitate effective communication and decision-making.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project status updates and ensure alignment with project goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Help identify and address potential project risks and issues, proactively mitigating their impact on project timelines and outcomes.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on project progress and improvements, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Perform research and analysis to support project decisions and strategies, leveraging industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and growth.
Training and Development

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in project management and the medical device industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
