Job Description

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Client Experience Manager to join our team in the Healthcare Nonprofit industry. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional client experience and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Coordinate and enhance client engagement to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Client Experience: Develop and implement strategies to ensure a positive client experience, including providing exceptional customer service and resolving client issues in a timely manner.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train internal staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent client service.
  • Online Reputation: Build and maintain a strong online reputation by monitoring and responding to client feedback and reviews.
  • Client-Facing Marketing: Coordinate client-facing marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Client Experience management
  • Experience supervising and training a team
  • Experience working in the healthcare or non-profit industry (highly preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Value and mission-driven
