Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to provide exemplary service to Anatomage clients and foster a customer-focused environment within the organization. The primary goal is to effectively oversee the department, elevate customer satisfaction and loyalty, and fulfill their needs.

This position is located at our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily functions of the customer support team
  • Facilitate customer onboarding, engagement, and growth
  • Lead customer relationship management to address installation and service challenges
  • Identify potential opportunities and create solutions by analyzing customer interactions
  • Establish and assist team members in achieving customer service objectives
  • Engage with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients
  • Compile reports and surveys, offering insights to development, sales, and marketing teams
  • Monitor KPIs, market dynamics, and present business reviews to management
  • Educate clients on Anatomage products and collaborate with other departments to provide solutions

Qualifications
