Cleveland Clinic is seeking a New Grad RN to join our team in the Complex Medicine Unit at Medina Hospital. As a New Grad RN, you will participate in a year-long residency program, customized to fit your needs and pace, where you will provide direct nursing care, be paired with a coach that guides you toward success, develop clinical judgment, cultivate excellent communication skills, and acquire complex nursing skills.
About the Role:- Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Complex Medicine Unit
- Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs
- Initiate and/or maintain interventions to assure continuity of safe/effective care for patients
- Seek supervision, consultation, assistance when unable to perform safely and independently
- Comply with established hospital/department personnel policies

- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Proof of Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) must be presented upon hire
- ONS Chemo/Bio course complete within 1 year of employment if employed on units inpatient and/or outpatient where chemo is administered
