Cleveland Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care and participate in a year-long residency program. As a New Grad RN, you will be paired with a coach to guide you toward success, develop clinical judgment, and acquire complex nursing skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient-centered care with compassion, empathy, and patience.
  • Establish priorities for patient care activities based on acuity of need, patient preference, and resource availability.
  • Initiate and maintain interventions to ensure continuity of safe and effective care for patients.
  • Respond to data indicating risk to individual's health and initiate action to correct, reduce, or prevent the risk.
  • Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
  • Comply with established hospital and department personnel policies.
  • Document patient information in accordance with established guidelines.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Obtain necessary certifications, such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC, within a specified timeframe.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
