- Complies with established hospital/department personnel policies.
- Documents in patient's medical record according to established guidelines.
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Obtain necessary certifications, such as ACLS, PALS, or TNCC, within specified timeframe.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
