Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Graybar. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new prospects and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum gross margin rate
  • Promote and sell Graybar products to customers through assigned territory
  • Handle customer complaints and report potential claims
  • Stay informed of local competition and market conditions
  • Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and sales meetings
  • Demonstrate products after sale when necessary
