Position Overview

The selected candidate will take charge of various construction projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within budget. Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals will be essential to ensure project adherence to established plans. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  • Proven expertise in scheduling, budgeting, contract management, risk assessment, quality control, and team leadership
  • Strong capability to read and interpret construction blueprints
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking
  • Proficiency in project management software
