Job Title: Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Ardurra Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in Fort Myers, FL.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned project manager with expertise in water and wastewater engineering to lead our projects and teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, engineering principles, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate water and wastewater projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university or college
  • PE license in FL
  • Minimum 5 years of directly applicable experience in water and wastewater engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
