Strategic Risk Solutions Inc. (SRS), recognized as the leading independent insurance company manager globally, is expanding its team and seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Account Coordinator to be part of our Garnet Captive Services Division.

This in-office role demands an individual who is adaptable and possesses remarkable attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member, always ready to assist with various tasks to effectively support client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and analysis of submission details (including preliminary underwriting)
  • Develop proposals and other sales-related materials for prospective and existing Members
  • Organize and maintain electronic documentation
  • Oversee initial data entry and ongoing tracking within Salesforce
  • Manage daily insurance requests for current Members (e.g., endorsement requests, necessary filings, etc.)
  • Create monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual reports for current Members (distribution reports, claims analyses, etc.)
  • Collaborate continuously with sales leads, finance, and marketing departments
  • Assist the sales team during client presentations and negotiations
  • Ensure compliance with carrier requirements and industry standards in all underwriting processes
  • Stay informed about relevant industry knowledge and standards
