Bilingual Client Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls for designated lender partnerships, providing assistance to callers regarding inquiries related to insurance letters or charges; securing proof of coverage, etc.
- Manage OSC and LSC account call queues, utilizing the provided agency number to obtain proof of coverage; contact customers (for specific accounts) to gather current insurance agency or carrier details.
- Verify insurance websites for proof of coverage and facilitate printing for data entry purposes.
- Reach out to agents to confirm Break In Coverage (BIC) dates.
- Support the Customer Service Coordinator as required.
Qualifications:
- Background in Insurance or Banking.
- Associate's degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
