Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team at eBryIT, Inc. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients across the nation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize effective cold-calling strategies to fill job orders and ensure that the required headcount goal is met.
  • Fulfilling and staffing short-term projects across the nation.
  • Sources and identifies qualified candidates by searching internal databases, job boards, technical colleges, and internet sites.
  • Establishes and utilizes relationships with technical schools, universities, and government agencies as needed.
  • Selects specific applicants for openings by conducting telephone pre-screening interviews.
  • Determines the suitability of candidates and establishes appropriate pay rates based on skills, abilities, and experience.
  • Maintains an internal database of candidate profiles and 1099 contractor and project files.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience and education combined.
  • Possession of an associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a recruiting/HR capacity.
  • Prefer 2-4 years of business professional experience as a Recruiter in the staffing environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with a diverse employee population.
