Job Title: Digital Content Manager

Job Summary:

The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives. This role will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience
  • Manage and maintain our website's content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and consistent with our brand
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics to inform content decisions and improve performance
  • Work with external partners to develop and implement content projects, including language translations and ADA compliance
  • Manage content projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content publication
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and implement content marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital asset management
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content strategy and management
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive business results
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles and best practices
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Sitecore, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with content marketing automation tools, such as Marketo and Pardot
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices
