  • Navigate diverse terrains to verify field points of interest.

Accountability: This position requires collaboration with office personnel to foster a positive work environment and ensure staff satisfaction. The candidate must interact effectively and professionally with office staff, clients, and landowners.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3+ years of experience in land acquisition.
  • Local residency is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 4-5 days per week to various project sites.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in Right-of-Way operations.

Experience:

  • Proficient in document interpretation and skilled in utilizing necessary tools for Right-of-Way tasks.
  • Extensive background in land acquisition.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Right-of-Way.
  • Awareness of environmental considerations.

Licensing:

  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Maintenance of minimum automobile liability insurance coverage.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in drafting clear and concise reports and correspondence.

Mathematical Skills:

  • Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and work with various units of measure.

Reasoning Skills:

  • Ability to follow instructions and solve problems involving multiple variables.

Additional Skills:

  • Intermediate computer proficiency and familiarity with general PC operations.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Quick learner of new software programs.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and timelines.
