Affordable Housing Property Supervisor

Role: The Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking an Affordable Property Manager who possesses outstanding attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills. This individual will oversee the daily operations of a 51-unit apartment community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing efforts and uphold property standards.
- Screen potential residents and handle rent collection.
- Serve notices and prepare necessary agreements.
- Compile reports to assess property performance.
Location: Weidler Commons Apartments
Compensation: $24-$27 per hour
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM
Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours
Additional Benefits: Monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years in customer service.
- At least one year of experience in property management.
- Familiarity with Yardi Property Management Software is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in MS365 applications.
- Strong mathematical skills for bookkeeping tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain attention to detail.
- Availability for after-hours emergencies.
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
