Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

About the Role:
As a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with major enterprise clients within your designated territory.
We are looking for a business-savvy, customer-centric individual who is proactive and capable of working independently. You should be adaptable and ready to take on various responsibilities as needed. We trust you to make sound decisions with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with large enterprise accounts in your territory.
- Develop and execute territory and account strategies, proactively generating leads both independently and in collaboration with a Business Development Representative.
- Facilitate the successful implementation of LaunchDarkly through effective account management and coordination with pre-sales and post-sales engineering, customer success, and support teams.
- Enhance LaunchDarkly's presence within large enterprises and articulate our value proposition to senior executives, including VPs and C-Suite leaders.
- Collaborate closely with your solutions engineer to provide both business and technical value to prospects and clients.
- Work with internal teams such as product support, developer relations, marketing, and revenue operations to address customer business requirements.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in an Enterprise Sales closing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience managing a consultative sales process with executives at Fortune 500 companies.
- Familiarity with a Land & Expand SaaS Sales strategy and demonstrated success in expanding within large enterprises.
- Recent experience in an emerging technology software company.
- Knowledge of and experience with MEDDPIC methodology.
- Willingness to travel 25% - 50% of the time.
Compensation:
The target pay range for this role includes a base salary and commission, with a total compensation potential of $255,000 - $300,000. Additional benefits include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as mental health support.
