Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility. The successful candidate will be responsible for patient registration, check-in, and phone calls, as well as maintaining accurate and timely scheduling in our practice management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register patients, collecting necessary information and payments
  • Verify and document insurance information
  • Schedule appointments and communicate with patients
  • Prepare and manage patient charts
  • Answer patient calls and direct calls as needed
  • Maintain a working knowledge of healthcare plan requirements and networks
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Medical terminology knowledge preferred

  • Ability to comply with company policies and procedures
  • Complete job required training
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Demonstrate prompt and reliable attendance
  • Work in a clinic or office setting during business hours
