Merchandise Coordinator

As a Merchandise Coordinator at HomeGoods, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient processing and merchandising of products on our sales floor. Your exceptional customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of merchandise
• Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
• Communicate effectively with management and Associates to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor
• Monitor productivity of team and coach as necessary
• Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment

Requirements:

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Team player with ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors

Starting Pay Range: $16.00 to $16.50 per hour
