Role Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our team, playing a vital role in supporting both our Corporate and Field Operations.

Your main responsibilities will include developing a strong and diverse talent pipeline to fulfill the requirements of our corporate leadership. You will also be instrumental in streamlining the recruitment and training processes for our field operations team across various regions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create detailed job descriptions and clear hiring criteria.
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles and organizational needs.
  • Manage job postings and advertising campaigns.
  • Review applications and identify top candidates for further evaluation.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and prepare interview materials.
  • Participate actively in interviews with corporate and field management.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations, including salary, incentives, and start dates.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
  • Attend college job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with effective negotiation abilities.
  • Capability to develop and implement sourcing strategies for various positions.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong initiative.
  • Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including Pivot Tables and V-Lookup).

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Recruitment.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Field or Agency Recruitment.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
  • SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is an advantage.
