Job Overview

Position: Advanced Support Group Specialist

Role Summary:

The Advanced Support Group Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing customer service operations under the guidance of the Call Center Manager. This position is dedicated to executing specialized tasks that bolster the company's customer service initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Distributing bus passes to eligible clients.
  • Processing mileage reimbursements efficiently.
  • Coordinating paratransit services.
  • Conducting CTC-GO verifications along with additional tasks as assigned.
  • Addressing inquiries and resolving complaints from healthcare members.
  • Contributing to the development of programs and procedures aimed at improving productivity and performance.
  • Fostering relationships with Plan Providers to enhance service delivery.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background Screening.
  • Prior experience in Customer Service roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in various PC and Mac applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Strong customer service capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Attention to detail with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Compliance with government exclusion lists at the time of hire and on a monthly basis thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a Call Center environment is preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Background in Health Care Call Center operations is a plus.
  • Experience in Health Care Transportation is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Call Center Manager.
