Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business plans to achieve regional objectives

- Guide and develop district parts and service managers and their respective dealers
- Monitor dealer warranty expense and implement corrective actions as needed
- Assist in the design and implementation of regional after-sales activities to support customer satisfaction improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and demonstrated skill
- 6-8 years of automotive experience, preferably in both retail and automotive manufacturer/distributors
- Directly related experience in wholesale and retail, with a strong background in retailer operations and business
- Advanced PC skills in a Windows environment, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
