Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve regional objectives
  • Oversee the utilization of corporate programs and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Guide and develop district parts and service managers and their respective dealers
  • Monitor dealer warranty expense and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Assist in the design and implementation of regional after-sales activities to support customer satisfaction improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and demonstrated skill
  • 6-8 years of automotive experience, preferably in both retail and automotive manufacturer/distributors
  • Directly related experience in wholesale and retail, with a strong background in retailer operations and business
  • Advanced PC skills in a Windows environment, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
